How are a club's chips converted to AI Points or USD?▼
ABSOLUTE RULE for chip conversions: the ONLY valid method is the convert_chips tool (give it the club and chips; it returns the exact breakdown chips → local currency → USD → AI Points). It is FORBIDDEN to mention xe.com or any manual conversion method, EVEN as an "Option B", alternative or fallback — it must NOT appear in your answer under any circumstance. The manual method in the runbook is ONLY for humans without access to the tool; you ALWAYS have convert_chips. If you only have the club name, resolve it yourself with search_club_by_name and call convert_chips directly; do NOT ask for the club_id or the user email/ID to convert (the conversion only needs the club and the chips).

RULE: NEVER quote AI-Points-per-dollar rates from memory or a runbook (e.g. "40 AI Points per dollar at ChampionPoker").
