How do I withdraw? Methods, minimums and times

Once your rakeback is in your wallet, you can withdraw through several methods. Here are the current minimums and times.

Available methods

• TON — 50 USD minimum.
• Ethereum (ETH) — 500 USD minimum.
• Litecoin (LTC) — 500 USD minimum.
• Bitcoin (BTC) — 1,000 USD minimum.
• USDT ERC20 — 1,000 USD minimum.
• USDT TRC20 — 20,000 USD minimum.
• Skrill EUR — no fixed minimum.
• Skrill USD — no fixed minimum.

Processing times

• Crypto: we process within 24 business hours. On-chain arrival depends on the network (TON/LTC minutes, BTC 30-60 min, ETH 1-5 min).
• Skrill: 24-48 business hours.

How to request a withdrawal

1. From PokerMate type "I want to withdraw" (or use the Withdraw button on /wallet).
2. Pick the method and amount (must be ≥ the method minimum).
3. Enter the destination address (crypto wallet or Skrill email).
4. Confirm.

If something goes wrong

If a withdrawal takes longer than expected, open a support ticket with the transaction ID and we'll look into it.
