How long does account validation take?

To collect rakeback you need a validated account. Here's the process and how long each step takes.

Steps

1. Registration: create your account with email and password.
2. Email verification: click the link we email you.
3. Room linking: open a new account in the room using our affiliate link, or report an existing account so we can move it under the deal (depends on the room — some don't allow transfers).
4. Manual validation: our team confirms your account is under our deal with the room.

Typical times

• Registration + email: minutes.
• Linking: depends on the room. Some are immediate (new registration via our link); others take 1-5 business days.
• Manual validation: 24-48 business hours.

What if it's delayed?

If 72 h pass without a reply, open a support ticket. We'll tell you what step your account is on and what's needed to close it.

Once validated, you'll see the "Validated" status on your profile and can see rakes generated as soon as the room reports the first cycle.
