Terms and Conditions These are the terms of participation in the "Star Raid" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below. 1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website. 2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard. 3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law. 4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion. 5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms. 6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website. 7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets. 8. The Promotion starts on June 3, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends on July 20, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period"). 9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players. The Promotion runs alongside all other active promotions on the Website and does not affect them. 10. To participate in the Promotion, players must play Spin&Win Pulse and/or Spin All-in tournaments during the Promotion Period. 11. During the Promotion Period, four independent leaderboards are maintained by buy-in: $0.5, $1, $3, and $10. A player may simultaneously participate in all four leaderboards. Points accumulation, leaderboard rankings, and reward distribution are conducted separately for each leaderboard. 12. For each completed Spin&Win Pulse or Spin All-in tournament, the player receives 1 (one) point in the leaderboard of the corresponding buy-in. Points are awarded for the mere fact of completing a tournament, regardless of the outcome. There is no limit to the number of points a player can earn. 13. Each leaderboard consists of 7 (seven) levels. To receive a reward for a level, the player must accumulate the required number of points and advance to the next level. **Leaderboard $0.5:** - Level 1 (25 points) — 1 ticket worth $0.5 - Level 2 (60 points) — 1 ticket worth $0.5 - Level 3 (100 points) — 2 tickets worth $0.5 + avatar* - Level 4 (250 points) — 3 tickets worth $0.5 + avatar* - Level 5 (500 points) — 4 tickets worth $0.5 + avatar* - Level 6 (800 points) — 5 tickets worth $0.5 + avatar* - Level 7 (1500 points) — 15 tickets worth $0.5 + avatar* *(The same structure applies for $1, $3, and $10)* *The special avatar received as part of this Promotion will remain valid until August 31, 2026 inclusive. 14. Prize tickets are valid for 96 (ninety-six) hours from the moment they are credited. Upon expiration of this period, unused tickets are forfeited. 15. Prize tickets may be used for participation in Spin&Win and Spin All-in tournaments at the buy-in of the corresponding denomination. 16. A prize avatar is awarded starting from Level 3. A player who has earned the right to a prize avatar may choose an avatar from any level they have reached, including all previous levels. Avatars for Levels 1 and 2 become available for selection only after the player has reached Level 3. 17. Players who finish in the Top-3 of each leaderboard receive 100% rakeback for 1 (one) month. The 100% rakeback applies only to Spin&Win Pulse and Spin All-in tournaments at the buy-in of the leaderboard in which the player placed in the Top-3. If a player places in the Top-3 of multiple leaderboards, 100% rakeback is applied separately for each achieved buy-in. 18. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team. 19. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets. 20. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time. 21. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party. 22. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
